Porto Montenegro is a luxury marina and residential village located in Tivat on the Bay of Kotor. Now an established destination in itself, the project initially opened in 2009 and is made up of over 50 retail stores, restaurants, cafes, bars and family-friendly entertainment options, all designed to complement its 450 berth superyacht marina and over 200 waterfront residences.
A year-round community, the village is open to the general public every day of the year yet also contains various more exclusive corners such as the new Porto Montenegro Yacht Club, complete with Members Lounge, 64m pool and restaurant, alongsidePlatinum nightclub.
A five-star boutique hotel managed by Regent Hotels & Resorts opened in early August 2014 offering a high-end spa, fine dining restaurant, lounge bar, deli-cafe, event spaces and an Italianate garden, in addition to the 86 rooms, suites and residences on the upper levels.

Porto Montenegro has berths for yachts of 12 to 180m, available for short term rental and long term lease of up to 30 years. State-of-the-art facilities and THYA 5 Gold Anchor accreditation combine with tax and duty-free fuel, 24-hour yacht assistance (concierge service) and outside EU tax and regulation benefits to make this an ideal homeport for yachts both large and small.
A community of international residents occupy over 200 luxury residences built and sold since 2009, whilst an additional62 residences are currently underdevelopment keep up with increased demand. Future plans include a marina extension, shipyard and high-end casino.
